BEFARD XR 500

BEFARD XR500 gripper is designed for transporting, lifting and installing wall and roof panels up to 14 m long. The maximum total load capacity of all 8 suckers is 600 or 1000 kg (depending on the type of suckers used) and the curb weight is around 125 kg, depending on the equipment configuration. The XR500 gripper is powered by 2 12 V batteries and is equipped with a large vacuum tank for working with vacuum measuring devices. Standard equipment also includes: extensions (4 items), roof kit with 2 × 2 slings, wheels and a transport basket, as well as safety belts.

GLASS LIFTER

VACUMASTER 600

VacuMaster600 vacuum lifter is a perfect solution for safe handling of glass items from the outside. It is attached to a crane, thus allowing to easily lift loads up to 600 kg either horizontally or vertically. The installed items can be rotated by 360° (in 45° steps). VacuMaster 600 operation does not require connection to an electric power supply. LED indicator displays the charging level of the removable 12 V battery. In addition, the controlled vacuum pump guarantees that VacuMaster Glass remains ready to work for up to eight hours.

The load capacity depends on the number of suckers (75 kg/suction panel). 12 V/4 A battery; battery capacity: 7 Ah; operating temperature: from 0°C to 40°C.

GLASS LIFTER

VACUMASTER 350/300

VacuMaster 350/300 vacuum lifter is a perfect solution for safe handling of glass items from the outside. It is attached to a crane, thus allowing to easily lift loads up to 350 kg horizontally or up to 300 kg vertically. The installed items can be rotated by 360°, with three right angle locking points. VacuMaster 300/350 operation does not require connection to an electric power supply. LED indicator displays the charging level of the removable 12 V battery. In addition, the controlled vacuum pump guarantees that VacuMaster Glass remains ready to work for up to eight hours.
